A balanced plan without losing your priorities
Pressure varies by area
We adjust our touch instead of using the same intensity across your body.
Priorities shape the order
We give more time to the places you identify before the treatment begins.
Two clear time options
Choose a concise 30 minutes or a broader, less hurried one-hour session.
Broader attention across the body
When tension feels spread across several areas, focusing the whole appointment on one place may feel too narrow. We plan a full body massage as a balanced sequence, giving attention to major muscle groups while allowing extra time for the places you notice most. Before we begin, we ask about your priorities, preferred pressure and any areas you'd like us to avoid. You can choose a flowing, relaxation-led style or request firmer work where it feels appropriate. We don't apply one pressure everywhere, as different parts of the body often need a different touch. The result is a connected appointment rather than a rushed checklist.

Choose the breadth and depth you want
A 30-minute appointment costs £40 and can provide an overview across the body, but the pace and time for each area will naturally be limited. One hour costs £60 and gives us more room to work in a measured way, especially when you have several priorities or want firmer attention in selected places. We explain this difference before you decide, so the appointment matches your expectations. Our Paddington treatment room is available for in-call massage, and we can also arrange full-body treatments during suitable home or hotel visits across our coverage area.
Frequently asked questions
Does full body massage cover every area equally?
Not necessarily. We plan a balanced treatment but use more time on your stated priorities. We also respect any areas you want us to avoid, and we explain what can realistically fit into your chosen duration.
Can we choose a firm full body massage?
Yes. We can include firmer attention where suitable while varying the pressure around more sensitive areas. If you want most of the appointment devoted to persistent tightness, deep tissue work may fit better.
Is 30 minutes enough for a full body appointment?
It can provide a shorter overview, but each area receives limited time. Choose one hour if you want a broader treatment at a steadier pace or have several priorities that need more than brief attention.
