A responsive treatment with clear choices
Comfort-led stretching
We adapt assisted stretches to your flexibility instead of forcing movement.
No oil required
Choose a clothed, active treatment when flowing oil work doesn't appeal.
Priority areas included
We can spend more time on the places where stiffness feels most noticeable.
Rhythmic pressure for an active treatment
Thai massage can feel purposeful without becoming rushed or forceful. We use rhythmic pressure, compression and assisted stretches to work across areas that feel stiff or heavily used. Before we begin, we ask about your mobility, comfort and the parts of your body you want us to prioritise. We then adjust positions and pressure as the treatment develops. This active style may suit you when movement feels restricted or when you want an energising alternative to an oil-based massage. Our therapists came from Thailand, bringing a personal connection to the techniques while keeping each appointment centred on your needs.

Adjusted around movement and comfort
You don't need to be especially flexible to choose Thai massage therapy. We adapt each stretch to the movement available rather than pushing towards a fixed position. You can tell us if an area feels sensitive, if you'd like firmer compression or if a particular stretch isn't comfortable. A shorter appointment can focus on selected areas, while an hour gives us time for a broader sequence. We provide treatments in our Paddington room and can also discuss home or hotel visits, so the setting can fit your plans as well as the massage itself.
Frequently asked questions
What should we wear for a Thai massage appointment?
We suggest loose, comfortable clothing that lets your arms and legs move freely. Avoid restrictive waistbands or heavy fabrics. If you're unsure what will work, ask us when booking and we'll explain what suits the planned treatment.
Does Thai massage have to involve strong stretching?
No. We choose the range and pace around your comfort and mobility. Please tell us about sensitive areas before we start and speak up during the massage if you'd like us to reduce pressure or change a position.
How is Thai massage different from an oil massage?
We use compression, pressure and assisted movement rather than relying on long, gliding oil strokes. Thai massage often feels more active, while oil treatments tend to focus on smooth contact and flowing movements.
